Responsibilities: –

• Inspect buildings and the surrounding property for signs of pests.
• Identify the type of pest and the extent of the infestation.
• Recommend and apply the appropriate pest control treatment.
• Set traps and baits to catch and kill pests.
• Remove dead pests and debris.
• Educate customers about pest prevention.

2. 2. Pest Management – Supervisor

Responsibilities: –

• Hiring and training new technicians: Pest control supervisors are responsible for hiring and training new technicians. Once a new technician is hired, the supervisor must provide them with training on all aspects of pest control, including pest identification, treatment methods, and safety procedures.

Once a plan is developed, the supervisor must monitor its implementation to ensure that it is working as intended.

They must ensure that appointments are scheduled in a timely manner and that technicians arrive on time and complete the work as scheduled.
